Description
El Camino Real de Tierra Adentro (The Royal Road to the Interior Lands), which traverses parallel to the Rio Grande, is one of the oldest trails in North America. This presentation will introduce the Camino and highlight just a few of the trade goods that were brought along the trail and how those goods — and the trail itself — impacted the development of present day New Mexico.
