Description

Learn tips on context, framing, composition, angles, lines, focus, light, exposure, flash, high dynamic range, DIY modifications, mobile editing, color or black and white photography. This introductory session covers tips and basic information on content and composition that will benefit photographs made with any kind of camera. Common editing functions and camera controls found in smartphone applications are also explored! This may be the only class you ever take where you are encouraged to play with your phone! A smartphone or other mobile device that can take photographs makes for a richer experience.

Targeted to: 7th grade – Adult

Program Duration: 60 minutes. All topics can be expanded and covered in three 60-minute sessions, if desired.
