In this virtual or in-person presentation, we learn about the life and art works of beloved Southwest artist, Gustave Baumann. We consider how and why Baumann was so inspired by New Mexico and how his passion for the landscapes and cultures of his chosen homeland shape his two forms of art, color woodblock printing and marionettes.
